operate and engage with their customers. Founded in 2012, Bookedby (formerly known as Salon Ultimate), allows
businesses to easily manage all of their operational needs such as appointment management, digital promotions,
inventory management, sale processing and much more from a single screen. More than +2500 service retail
stores, including SportClips, Fantastic Sams, Zona, and Perfect Looks have increased their sales with less effort
through Bookedby.

We are looking for motivated, ambitious individuals who are team-oriented, result-driven, and adaptable to join
our sales internship program. Your role will consist of sales activities such as lead generation, finding new
prospects, cold email campaigns, sales demo, client meetings, acquiring new clients and much more. The ideal
candidate would have had previous internships in sales or marketing. You will be the face of the company
acquiring new customers and growing our business together!

Responsibilities include:
– Identify potential clients for the Bookedby platform
– Develop the outreach strategy and personalized communications to prospective clients
– Execute prospect outreach through email, phone, social platforms, and other channels
– Ability to make 25-50 phone calls per day
– Present demos and close deals
– Manage and use internal technologies to support sales cycle process

Requirements:
– Previous internships in sales or marketing
– Junior, Senior, or recent graduate
– Self-motivated and have a get-it-done attitude toward tasks
– Entrepreneurial mindset and spirit
– Data-oriented, driven to crush their goals
– You think creatively about how to engage with people
– You have a high degree of empathy towards clients
